1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and RajaPools as a provider of online gaming entertainment and betting platform services. Each member is only permitted to have one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities — is a serious violation that may result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts and their balances. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

RajaPools reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time to verify a member's identity, including a national ID, driver's license, passport, or other official documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

RajaPools accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods directly integrated with our system, including local bank transfers, QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and other methods listed on the cashier page.

Terms applicable to all deposit transactions:

• The deposit amount must fall within the minimum and maximum limits stated on the cashier page.
• Funds you deposit must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• RajaPools does not accept third-party deposits. If detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
• RajaPools is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

4Withdrawal

Members are entitled to withdraw their winning balance at any time, provided the account is active and fully verified. The withdrawal process at RajaPools is designed to be completed as quickly as possible — averaging under 3 minutes for withdrawals that meet all requirements.

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same account holder's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the requirements set for each promotion.
• RajaPools reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate means, including bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or system manipulation.
• Bonus values, percentages, and requirements are subject to change at any time. Changes will apply to bonus claims made after the date of the change.
• If there is a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms stated in a particular promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6Game & Betting Rules

All games available on the platform RajaPools uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently on the respective game page.

General rules that apply to all betting activity:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, unless the cash-out feature is available and the applicable conditions are met.

• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Collusion: Collusion between players with the intent to disadvantage other players or the platform.
• Use of automated software: Bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized tools used to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using illegitimate methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.

8Account Security

Member obligations regarding account security:

9Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team RajaPools. Before the closure is processed, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the member within a reasonable timeframe.

RajaPools reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected of engaging in fraudulent, cheating, or money laundering activities.
• Violating one or more terms outlined in this document.
• Providing false or invalid identity information.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Receiving requests from competent legal authorities.

10Changes to Terms

RajaPools reserves the right to update, amend, or add to the terms in this document at any time in response to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. Material changes will be communicated to members via a platform notification or registered email, no later than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes the member's acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.

12Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a member and RajaPools, we encourage resolution through direct communication first. Contact our support team with full details of the issue you are experiencing.

The dispute resolution process at RajaPools:

1. The member submits a formal complaint through the available support channels, with relevant evidence and details included.
2. The rajapools team will review complaints within a maximum of 5 business days and provide an initial response.
3. If further investigation is required, the process may take up to 14 business days.
4. RajaPools' decision following a fair and thorough investigation process is final unless material new evidence emerges.

The RajaPools server logs serve as valid and reliable evidence in resolving disputes related to game outcomes, bet amounts, or financial transactions. These records are maintained to the highest standards of security and data integrity.
